SHIPPING:

Shipping is sent out from our facility generally within 2-3 days of order via USPS

RETURNS:

We want your experience with Magnetude Jewelry to be awesome, but if a return is necessary, you may return for refund the unused item within 30 days of purchase in it’s original packaging. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be credited back to the credit card which was used for payment. minus shipping fees. Complete the below Magnetized Support form to receive a Return authorization. (returns received without the authorization form will be delayed in processing.)

EXCHANGE:

You may Exchange unused item within 30 days of purchase in it’s original packaging. Complete the below Magnetized Support form to receive a Exchange authorization. (returns received without the authorization form will be delayed in processing.)

WARRANTY:

Manufacturers defects are warrantied for replacement up to 6 months from purchase. 

• Manufacturers defects will be repaired or exchanged with free shipping.
• If you have a problem with an item, please complete the below Magnetized Support form to receive an Authorization form.

EXAMPLES OF MANUFACTURER DEFECTS:

• Failure of metal discs or magnets to stay in place
• Epoxy (adhesives for glass or crystals loose)
• Non-functional clasp   

NOTE:

• Breakage from dropping or loss of tudes is Not covered.
• Water damage voids warranty! 
• Natural crystal stones come from mother earth and vary in color shades and patterns. Since these are not manufactured, no two stones are the same.  Please allow for slight variations. We are unable to take specific requests for a particular color or pattern of a stone.

Return of enrollment kits in the first 30 days will have a 10% restocking fee.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MAGNETUDE JEWELRY?

1. Always remove your jewelry before entering water. Magnetude Jewelry is not meant to be worn in the shower or pool.

2. Our jewelry is made of surgical stainless steel, it will not tarnish over time with wear.

3. Do not get bracelets wet.
